About Marissa

EXPERIENCE
Marissa is a gifted counselor with over 15 years’ experience in the helping-professions, possessing a crucial skill set to work with couples and individuals with a wide range of  needs.  Marissa excels at developing a healing relationship while promoting empowerment and dignity for the client. Additionally, Marissa teaches, writes, and develops psycho-educational programs for schools, hospitals, and other organizations.

– Master of Arts: Professional Counseling from  Liberty University 
– Bachelor of Arts: Liberal Studies from  Oklahoma Christian University

Marissa is happily married and recently moved from Texas to Colorado, where she enjoys gold-panning, hiking, fishing, and camping. She is also a successful local jewelry artist.
